Introduction
The alert program is designed to help you getting the most of sport arbitrage by automatically scan the available surebets and warn you if one or several surebets that match your criterias are found. It is a Windows program that will run on your computer.
In which cases should I use this program? You should use this program if you are available to do sport arbitrage but want to do other tasks in between. For example, you can work normally and get warned if a surebet that you don't want to miss is available. You can then take advantage of it, and continue to work after.
In order to be allowed to use it you must have reached 500 points on your account. Points are computed the following way:
- For each subscription at a bookmaker or by adding a URL to the site somewhere you get awared 1 point per day (NB: Referal are excluded). A subscription of 150 days at a bookmaker gives you 150 points.
- For each paid subscription you get awared 5 points per day. A 30 days subscription (of 15€) gives you 150 days (30 * 5).
Note that only VALIDATED subscription are taken into account. It means that if you've just subscribed, this won't be taken into account and you could have to wait for a couple of days.
You must log-in in order to display your points.

What are the requirements to use it?
To use the program, you must have Windows, the .net framework 2.0 and an internet connection.
You must also be allowed to use it. See Who can use it.
How do I set-up the program?
Once you have downloaded the program, you can unzip it anywhere. Once done, you just have to double-click the SBWatch.exe file.
On first use, the program need to be activated. The following window will open:

Just enter your login and password (the same as on the site) and click activate.
To select which surebets must be displayed, you choose the minimum return of the surebet, either to take into account only newly detected surebets and exceptions.
Exceptions are used whenever you want to display surebets involving a given bookmaker even if it doesn't meet the minimum return requirement. For an exception, you define minimum odds for that bookmaker. If you set odds of 1, you will be warned each time such a surebet is found involving this bookmaker. This can be useful for bookmakers where you have a bonus that has a rollover requirement or for bookmakers that have a fidelity program. Setting an odd limit that is higher is useful for some bookmakers where the rollover requirement is on bets having odds that have a greater value.
You can deactivate an exception if you don't need it temporarily.
A typical configuration will be to have one filter to select the surebets that have a minimum return (for example 2%) plus one exception for each bookmaker where you have a rollover requirement.
Exceptions are stored in a file named SurebetsWatcherFilters.xml which is stored in the "My Documents" folder.
Miscellaneous
Where are the program settings stored?
Users settings are stored in the following directory: <Documents and Settings>\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Bettor-Paradise.com\
Where is defined the list of the bookmakers I use?
The program uses the bookmakers as defined in the "My Account/My Bookmakers" section of the web site. Bookmakers marked as always hide are not taken into account. If you change that list, you must relaunch the program for the changes to be taken into account.
Can I ignore some entries?
