I have always, very happy to be part of your team. Today I have registered on Interwetten but I would like you did an update on data Bookmaker concerned. It does not appear that applies a tax of 2% on payments made with Moneybookers.

The fee you might have when depositing/withdrawing money has nothing to do with the odds. Of course you have to take it into account (because if the fees exceed your winning you have a problem). In that specific case you can use a bank transfer for example.
